I write to offer something distinctive to the conversations on communication, leadership and AI – often through the lens of Polaritization, the philosophy I’ve built around understanding how forces interact and how they can be brought into coherence. Much of that exploration happens through public experimentation at the intersection of AI and creativity. My aim is to offer perspectives that encourage depth over noise and a sense of community grounded in shared inquiry.
I write in collaboration with AI, treating the machine as a mirror for my best thinking. I shape it with defined points of view and clear standards for what “good” looks like in my work, so it avoids the generic prompt-and-response patterns that flatten voice and judgment.
My thinking has been shaped by a mix of technical structure and creative expression — from modern innovation to classical traditions, from business models to Bach, from IFRS terminology to Shakespeare, from command-line logic to linguistic nuance, from Western rigor to Eastern balance. After many late nights experimenting with AI, I’ve begun to see how these different parts of myself inform each other.
Polaritization is the framework that grew out of that mix – a way to understand how different forces move, influence one another and form counterweights that can be brought into coherence. It clarifies what polarities signal and whether a moment calls for leaning, balancing or harmonizing forces, and why that difference matters in practice. Some essays here build the framework directly, while others explore how it behaves in practice or examine the questions that surround it. It’s the through-line behind the range of topics I write about.
The work here grows over time, shaped piece by piece, and I’m grateful for readers who follow its development with curiosity. My aim is to build something that lasts, and if the writing sparks your own thinking along the way, then the work is doing what it should.
